What You'll Do

As our Salon Housekeeper, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize all salon areas to the highest standards
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust throughout the salon
• Clean mirrors, windows, styling stations, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the day
• Keep entrances, waiting areas, restrooms, and common spaces clean and inviting
• Restock restroom supplies, guest refreshments, and salon essentials
• Organize retail displays and keep merchandise clean and well-presented
• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
• Support the salon team with additional housekeeping duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, retail, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a spotless environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone for texting and email
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Paid training available for the right candidate

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
• Safely operate standard cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced salon environment
